Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026  ยท  Effective: June 2026  ยท  Governing law: England & Wales

These terms are written in plain English and govern your use of golf-passport-uk.com. By using the site you agree to them. Questions? info@golfpassportuk.com

Plain English summary: Golf Passport UK is a free search and comparison tool for golf tee times. We are not a booking platform โ€” we direct you to third-party sites to complete your booking. We make no guarantees about third-party availability or pricing. Use the site fairly and legally, and these terms should never concern you.

1. About Us

Golf Passport UK ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based golf tee time aggregator and comparison platform operated at golf-passport-uk.com by founder Jabulani Nongwana, based in Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom.

Golf Passport UK is also connected to the personal golf journey website golfpassportuk.com, which operates under separate terms and is not covered by this document.

For any queries relating to these terms, contact us at: info@golfpassportuk.com or by post at 29 Lion Court, Croxley Road, Nash Mills Wharf, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9GX, United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using golf-passport-uk.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone else who accesses or uses the Site. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Our Service

Golf Passport UK provides a free online platform that allows users to:

  • Search for available golf tee times at UK golf courses
  • Compare tee time prices from multiple booking platforms and sources
  • Filter results by region, course type, price, date, number of players and other criteria
  • View detailed golf course information including facilities, ratings and descriptions
  • Save favourite courses to their browser for future reference
  • Submit enquiries to Golf Passport UK via the Contact and For Golf Clubs pages

Our service is provided free of charge to end users. We do not charge booking fees or platform fees of any kind to golfers using this Site.

Always free. Golf Passport UK earns revenue through referral commissions paid by partner booking platforms when you complete a booking. This never affects the price you pay โ€” it comes from the platform, not from you.

4. Our Role as an Aggregator

Golf Passport UK operates as a search and comparison aggregator, similar in nature to price comparison websites. We are not a golf booking platform. This means:

We do not take bookings

All tee time bookings are completed on third-party platforms or directly through the golf course's own booking system. By clicking through to book, you leave Golf Passport UK and enter into a contract with that third party โ€” not with us.

We do not guarantee availability or price

Tee time availability and pricing displayed on Golf Passport UK is sourced from third-party platforms and is subject to change without notice. We make every reasonable effort to display accurate, real-time information, but we cannot guarantee that a tee time shown as available will still be available at the time of booking, or that the price displayed will exactly match the price charged by the booking platform.

We are not party to your booking contract

Any booking you make through a third-party platform is a contract between you and that platform or golf course. Golf Passport UK has no liability for the performance of that contract, including but not limited to cancellations, refunds, tee time changes or course closures.

Important: Always check the terms and conditions of the booking platform you use to complete your tee time reservation. Golf Passport UK has no responsibility for, and cannot intervene in, disputes between you and a third-party booking provider.

5. User Conduct

By using Golf Passport UK, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any database connected to the Site
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material or spam
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or harvest data from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may cause harm to Golf Passport UK or its users
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission

Booking disputes: If you have a problem with a tee time booking โ€” such as a cancellation, pricing error, or failure to honour a reservation โ€” your complaint should be directed to the booking platform or golf course with which you made the booking. Golf Passport UK cannot process refunds or resolve booking disputes on behalf of third parties.

9. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Golf Passport UK contains links to third-party websites and booking platforms, including but not limited to GolfNow, BRS Golf, Golfbreaks and individual golf club websites. These links are provided for your convenience only.

We have no control over the content, availability, accuracy or practices of any third-party websites. The inclusion of a link to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement of that site or its content.

When you click through to a third-party booking platform, you are subject to that platform's own terms and conditions and privacy policy. We strongly encourage you to read these before making any booking or providing any personal data.

Golf Passport UK accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of third-party websites accessed via links on this Site.

10. Golf Clubs & Partner Terms

Golf courses and clubs listed on Golf Passport UK are listed based on publicly available information or through a listing agreement with Golf Passport UK.

Course listings

The appearance of a golf course on Golf Passport UK does not imply any formal partnership, endorsement or exclusive arrangement unless explicitly stated. Golf Passport UK reserves the right to list, update or remove any course at its discretion.

Club enquiries

When a golf club submits a listing enquiry via our For Golf Clubs page, this constitutes an expression of interest only and does not create any binding agreement. Any formal listing arrangement will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Accuracy of club information

Golf clubs are responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to Golf Passport UK for their listing is accurate and up to date. Golf Passport UK accepts no liability for inaccurate information supplied by clubs that is subsequently displayed on the Site.

Referral commissions

Golf Passport UK may earn referral commissions from booking platforms when users click through and complete a booking. These commercial arrangements do not affect the information displayed about any course, the order in which courses appear in search results (except where explicitly promoted), or the prices shown.

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of Golf Passport UK is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Golf Passport UK complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can exercise your data rights at any time by contacting us at info@golfpassportuk.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

Golf Passport UK reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users โ€” for example, via a notice on the homepage or through newsletter communication.

Your continued use of the Site following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Site.

These Terms were last updated in June 2026.

13. Termination of Access

Golf Passport UK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

We also reserve the right to discontinue, modify or suspend the Site itself, or any part of it, at any time without notice and without liability.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination โ€” including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law โ€” shall continue to apply after termination.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

You and Golf Passport UK irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

If you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
